The Hebrew word is mikshôl מבשול (mik-shole). It's definition' are "obstacle, waver". The common translations for this word are "stumbling block" and "offense".

The 144,000 have all traveled the narrow road path of thought. They are those who say, "Yes indeed, I am closed minded about anything that does not line up with Yahweh's way of thinking." And they have done the work to find His will and made peace with Yahweh by receiving said peace from Yahweh! The reckoning comes many ways and through many a mental journey, one of those being best explained via a question that is deeply sown within their souls: "For whom am I offended?" And to realize that Yahweh has called improper "offense" an obstacle, a stumbling block, that causes them to understand a simply yet profound truth: "If my mind is not offended for Yahweh and Yahweh Alone, then my mind is stumbling. If the offense is personal, it's sinful."

Let us allow King (Reigning) David ("Love") explain further: "Against You [Yahweh], YOU ONLY (emphasis mine), have we sinned..." (Psalm 51:4)

The 144,000 have worked hard and until a "sealing," must continue to work hard to not allow their minds to stumble via personal offense. They fully comprehend that if the mind is offended for any other reason then "Yahweh has been offended!", then it is a matter of the "self" and not of the Kingdom Of Yahweh. They realize all sin is against Yahweh and rather then take it personal, they plea on behalf of the offender. It is this kind of connection that enables one to say, while under the most extreme of mental conditions, "Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do!" And can we be so bold as to emphasize the end could very well state, "...for they do not know what they do against You."
