Message 88
stone- 'eban אבן (eh'-ben); "build"
rock- tsûr צוד (tsoor); "compressed, precipice, cramp"
We previously discussed that the broken stones of Mosheh (Exodus 32:19) represented the fallen minds that would not keep covenant with Yahweh; in keeping His Temple within pure. The broken tablets indicative of an individual broken mind (both right brain [male] and left brain [female]).
The 144,000 know that hardened minds are what caused Yahweh to enact a Unilateral Covenant, rather then one that would be bilateral (two parties in agreement). For if it where not for His unilateral act all would be doomed to the realm of eternal self reliance (the true she'ôwl (hell) of Scripture). They know that this would not be the only event where the mind's hardness against the will of Yahweh would be revealed:
"And they [chosen mind's, Israel] did not thirst (the mind's longing) when He led them through deserts ("desolation"); He caused (via His unilateral act) the waters (mind's active flow; see "Liquidity") to flow from the rock (thoughts that either scoff at Yahweh's will, or fearfully rely upon His will) for them; He also split ("rend, cleave") the rock (delineating between faith and foolishness) and the waters gushed out." (Isayah 48:20)
Indeed a matter of the internal peace offered in the most dire of circumstances, and all up held by Yahweh alone. He who said that He would complete the plan that He began! And if you still wonder if it's about internal matters first and foremost; the entire Hebraic intent, we remember that Yahweh gives, "No peace (inner "wellness") to the wicked!" And one must ask, "If there can be no peace within, can it ever be found in and from things physical; all exterior only, a peace outside the mind?"
