The Hebrew word is châraq חרק (khaw-rak'). It's definition is “grate”. And the definition of the Hebrew word for grate is “accumulate”.

Our other Hebrew word is shên שן (shane). It's definitions  are “sharp, pierce”.

A mind that is determined to trust Yahweh Alone, at all cost, is a mind that can expect it's own personal will to rebel! Its a Hebraic phrase utilized around a dozen times throughout Scripture, commonly known as the “gnashing of teeth”. Having already defined the words above, we see it's Hebraic intent speaks specifically to, “accumulating piercing”. Indeed it is exactly what the personal will goes through as a mind decides, via Yahweh's power within of course, to forever say, “Not my will, Thy will! Not my will, Thy will,...!”

The 144,000 understand that with each mental step into the will of Yahweh, the personal will receives death blow by death blow, losing all of it's former strongholds within:

“The wicked [all thoughts borne forth of the personal will] will see it [the mind's faith being activated] and be grieved; he [the body of thought ruled by “self”] will gnash (accumulate) his teeth (piercing), then melt (“waste”) away (gone from active conscience). The desire of the wicked will come to nothing.” (Psalm 112:10)
