The Hebrew word is ʼĂbîygal אביגיל (ab-ee-gal'). It's definition is “chief (source) of joy”.

It is when stable emotions (the female aspect of the understanding of Yahweh's will) meet with “self” perceived “wisdom”, that a balance can be restored. It is simple to understand that when the mind's emotions run askew, wisdom is hard to hold to, but when the emotions are guided via Yahweh (the “Chief (source) of joy”), it makes the mind's choices much wiser!

“Blessed be your [“chief (source) of joy”; commonly, “Abigail”] wise counsel, and blessed are you, because you have kept me from bloodshed (“bloodshed” = releasing one's carnal will into the forefront of thoughts) and from avenging myself (defending his “self” will) with my own hands (attempts to “grasp” wisdom, while emotionally corrupted).” (I Samuel 25:33)

Love (David) yet fully redeemed within one's mind, demands the balance of wisdom (male, right brain) and proper emotional understanding (female, left brain). It is both aspects that must heed Yahweh's Mind, or as we have seen as well, Yahshua's Mind, placed into one's center of intellect (heart). The 144,000 know that when the “two have become one”, that it stands for a mind fiercely committed to Yahweh's will alone! Perfect emotions unified with perfect wisdom.
